This 1939 Frazer Nash-BMW 328 is currently on display at The Royal Automobile Club and considered by many to be the first ‘modern’ sports car and light years ahead of its late 1930s competitors, using a light tubular chassis with a welded floor.
It has a 2.0-litre straight-six engine with a power output of 79 hp which will take it to a top speed of 94mph.
