This is the delicious Alexandrian Liver (kebda eskandarini) photographed for Alexandrie Restaurant in Kensington, which is a mix of pan-fried livers, onions and green peppers and comes with a choice of three seasonings – classic, lemon on tangy. It’s a wonderfully colourful dish that photographs particularly well.
