Here is a selection of summer cocktails from a photo shoot at The Jones Family Kitchen in Belgravia. There is the wonderfully named “It’s Always Dark In Central Park”, made with Wild Turkey 101 or Rye, Amaro Averna, crème de mure, Masaschino and topped with a couple of blackberries. A favourite of mine “Bubbles And Squeak”, made with Absolut Vanilia Vodka, Passoã passion fruit Liqueur, orgeat, lime juice and topped with Prosecco and a refreshing and you can’t beat it “Negroni” and finally a twist on the traditional Pimm’s called “Pimm’s Sbagliato”, made with Pimm’s Campari, Luxardo, Maraschino and topped with Prosecco and orange bitters, which is their Wimbledon signature cocktail this year.
